Scholarship Opportunities
Flanagan Implement & Service sponsors a select number of students each year through two different scholarship opportunities:• Agriculture-Related Field Scholarship
For a student who is enrolled or plans to enroll in an accredited program, related to the field of agriculture and opportunities at the dealership:
- Agriculture Business
- Agronomy
- Precision Agriculture
- or similiar fields.
• AGCO Service Technician Scholarship
For a student who enrolls at Parkland College to obtain an Associate in Applied Science Degree through the AGCO Service Technician program.
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Scholarship applicants are asked to 1) complete the scholarship application related to their desired scholarship opportunity, and 2) submit the scholarship recommendation form, completed by an Agriculture teacher or Vocational advisor. Submit all materials to Steven Carls (steven.carls@flanaganimp.com). Upon submission, applicants should schedule a 30-minute interview with Flanagan Implement & Service for final consideration.SCHOLARSHIP MATERIALS:

Internship Opportunities
Flanagan Implement & Service partners with area High Schools, Vocational Programs, and Colleges to provide students with real-world learning opportunities through paid internships. Internships may be available in, but not limited to, one of the following areas:• Precision Agriculture and Technology
• Sales
• Aftersales Opportunities:
• Agriculture Business
• Parts Sales
• Inventory Management
• Shipping and Receiving
• Bookkeeping/Operations Support
• Marketing
• Service Technician
• Facilities Maintenance and Equipment Detailer
Successful interns may be eligible for scholarship and full-time employment opportunities.
